Brugrani – Sociedade de Promoção Imobiliária, Lda., began its operations in August 1998 and has since contributed to the positive development of the Autonomous Region of Madeira. Since 2012, the company’s main focus has been investing in hospitality Industry, offering accommodation to travelers in the Madeira and Porto Santo Islands, which is currently our core business.

We operate 5 tourist accommodations: Vila Toca; Vila Alegria; Vilas Espírito Santo; Casas do Laranjo and Casas Forte do Pico. Investments are also underway for a new hotel in the city center of Funchal.
